Pre-registrations are now closed. From 15 September 2018 registration will only be possible on site at the Bella Center.
All registration fees shown on the registration platform are in Euros (EUR) and are including 25% Danish VAT. The fees for the Gala Evening and the Technical Visits are exempt from VAT and will be invoiced seperately. Hotel bookings are in Danish Kronor (DKK) and are including 25% Danish VAT. A separate invoice will also be created for the hotel booking.
All payments should be made in the invoiced currency.

Payment by credit card
The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (American Express, VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email.
Payment by bank transfer
You will find the bank details on the invoice that will be send to you digitally. Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to the bank account mentioned on the invoice within two weeks after you have registered. Bank transfer payments are accepted until 7 September 2018. After this date it is not possible to pay by bank transfer anymore.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Upon completion of your online registration, your registration is considered confirmed. Cancellations for the Congress registration, Gala Evening and Technical Visits are accepted until 2 July 2018 and must be received in writing by the ITS Copenhagen 2018 Registration Secretariat at email@example.com. For cancellations received before 2 July 2018, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of an administration fee of EUR 100 + VAT. After this date, no refunds will be made. Please ensure the delegate name, registration number and company is quoted on all correspondence.
Name changes will be charged at EUR 35 + VAT administrative fee per name, per change. Name change requests must be sent in writing to the ITS Copenhagen 2018 Registration Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that no refunds will be made on the Exhibition Visitor registration rate. Neither if a discount code has been received afterwards.
Invitation letter for visa application
All delegates requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a full refund of the registration fees to congress secretariat by e-mail (email@example.com) before September 2nd. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received after September 2nd, the cancellation policy for general congress registrations will apply.

This group request form allows you to make one single payment and receive one invoice for all booked items for all your group members. Should you wish to receive separate invoices for each group member, please register them via the individual online registration form.
