Dubai, UAE, 8 July 2024– The 30th ITS World Congress will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 16-20 September 2024. For the first time, the ITS World Congress is being held in Dubai, UAE, reflecting the region’s rising prominence in smart mobility innovation. Organised by ERTICO and hosted by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), with close collaboration of the two ITS regional organisations, ITS America and ITS Asia-Pacific, this prestigious event will draw up to nearly 20,000 participants from over 100 countries, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and fostering crucial collaborations in the field of intelligent transport.
This year’s ITS World Congress is a testament to Dubai’s strategic vision and innovative landscape, making it an ideal platform for global thought leaders, industry experts, and policymakers to exchange ideas and insights. The event will feature a comprehensive programme with high-level sessions, including the official opening and closing ceremonies, thematic plenaries, international and regional forums, as well as a broad range of technical sessions covering diverse topics under the theme ‘Mobility Driven by ITS’. The Congress also features an extensive exhibition, highlighting cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, as well as technical visits and real-life demonstrations. It also presents a unique opportunity to explore latest trends, share knowledge, and form strategic partnerships.
