Q: What kind of vaccination is allowed ?
A: Vaccines accepted by the European Union. (Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech, Janssen/Johnson&Johnson and Oxford/AstraZeneca)
Q: Are there any guidelines regarding printed materials at the booth in terms of COVID-19 regulations?
A: Do not offer self-service brochures and promotional material. Such material must be handed out by your stand personnel. For sustainability purposes, we invite you to reduce your production of printed materials.
Q: Can you share links to the luca app?
A: Link of the Luca App have been added into the manual and shared in the newsletter together with the recording and the slides of the webinar
Q: Regarding registration of exhibitors and builders before Sunday @ 09:00 wanting to enter the HMC grounds, How and where will the check take place?
A: Registration desk and 2G check desks will be opened for exhibitors only on Sunday 10 Oct as of 9h. We invite your to organise your group pick up with the registration team for your badges. The 2G Check validation have to be done by every individual. The 2G unbreakable wristband should be collected by each individual with his/her ID card.
Q: You write with 2G you are more free but the test PCR is not mandatory ? I don’t understand
A: With 2G we have less restrictions than with 3G, and with 2G a PCR test is not needed, as all particpants are either fully vaccinated or COVID-19 recovered.
Q: Must I register the visitors on our booth?
A: To access the congress, everyone need to be registered. If you have some visitors to invite, they need to be registered asap.
Q: Is there already Information about the constructor Passes?
A: As we are using the Luca app for set-up and dismantling, no further constructor badges are necessary.
Q: Are there controls regarding the mandatory masks?
A: Wearing a mask will be mandatory for everyone. We invite everyone to make sure that rules are respected and beeing respected by their staff and team members. Health authority controller will attend the congress to make sure that rules are respected.
Q: Must we register the visitors on our booth in any way?

In case you offer catering, exhibitors need to scan visitors once they offer catering at their stands.
Q: Will there be a special programme inside of the exhibition or only at the Congress?
A: Within the exhibition, you have the exhibition Auditorium Hall B5 where a programme of sponsored sessions, public day programme is planned
Q: Does every booth has to have a separate Luca app check in ? Or one check in in the entrance of the fair enough?
A: Luca App is just needed for build-up and dismantling.
The scanning at your booth is only mandatory if you are offering catering. Scanners could be booked online via link available within the manual – Scanner catering function
Q: What Happens to tickets for persons Not fullfilling 2G?
A: For existing exhibitors participant registrations to the congress, the organisers will allow the transfer of the registration to a colleague at no costs. To this end, transfer requests must be sent as indicated in the Registration Terms and Conditions.
If a person wants to cancel his/her existing individual participant registration, the cancellation policy is applicable.
Q: Any possibilities for attendees to participate who are spoutnik vaccinated ?
A: Only vaccines accepted by the European Union will be recognised.
Q: Can we bring our own coffee machine?
A: Käfer is exclusive caterer on the fair ground. If exhibitors like to bring own equipment or catering, please contact Käfer directly as they will check this individually.

Q: Is the 2G scenario official and does that mean that we can organize a cocktail on the booth, also will alcohol be authorized for cocktail ?
A: The event will be a 2G event. In a 2G format, alcohol is not prohibited (as it would have been under the 3G conditions) but intoxicated persons are not allowed on the event. Reception can therefore be organised at your booth at the condition that your Visitors stay at your booth seated or standing when drinking or eating. Your Visitors shouldn’t leave your booth with drinks or food and everyone attending your catering functions should be scanned by your staff. Scanners can be booked via the Scanning platform (see manual for direct link).
Q: For exhibitors in Hall B4 on Monday after 10… Do We have to leave the hall? Or stay if We already got the Tickets?
A: Exhibition halls will be opened officially to public on Monday 17h15. After the deadline for official building time (on Monday 11 Oct : 10h for Halls B4 & B3 or Noon for Halls B5-B7 & B2) and until 17h15 only registered exhibitors with a badge and the 2G pass could get access to their stand for final check/ briefing.
Q: What about set-up day? May exhibitors stay on the booth after set up till opening ?
A: During the set-up days and time, every constructor, builders will have to use the Luca App, wear a mask and keep social distancing. At the end of the set-up (on Monday 11 Oct : 10h for Halls B4 & B3 or Noon for Halls B5-B7 & B2) until 17h15 only registered exhibitors with a badge and the 2G pass could get access to their stand for final check/ briefing.
Q: Is a fence around the booth necessary anymore?
A: Within the 2G plan, fences are not needed anymore. We understand that at this time of the project, you will not be able to change your booth. Staying with your previous layout would not harm the exhibition.
Q: Is the 2G plan final and will there be no more changes until the fair, or can this still change if Hamburg changes its rules? Is there any chance the event becoming 3G?
A: We applied for 3G and 2G. We got pre-approval for a 2G event. The event will be a 2G event. Changes would only be made as a result of a decision from the Authorities.
Q: Does 2G also apply to the demonstration areas? (e.g. home:Port?) What is the maximum capacity of visitors allowed to these areas?
A: 2G applies also into the demonstration area and capacity limit may apply in some area such at the drone/HOME port.
Q: What if you come from a high risk country, but have a flight layover in another European country?
A: As rules are changing, you need to check with your airline what are the current rules for travelling as well as the rules for entering into Germany, in case of layover.
Q: Can we organize catering an our booth like coffee, water, cookies etc.? Must we order it by official caterer?

Q: Does each exhibitor need its own hygiene concept?
A: No, each exhibitor should not have to hand in any hygiene concepts but have to follow the general 2G rules during the congress period.
Q: How will the exhibition Opening will Look like?
A: Exhibition opening will start after the Opening ceremony happening at the CCH Hall 1 until 17H. A music band will bring guests and visitors to the Messe for the official opening of the exhibition floor. Concept of the welcome reception is still under discussion with the health authority to be able to organise and approve welcome reception concept.
